Whether this is your first CrossFit experience, or you’re a seasoned athlete, our philosophy at AWCF is to provide hands on instruction for every athlete, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Each class will include specific instruction from our experienced coaches. We’ll go over all the movements, walk you through the workout of the day and work with you on how to effectively scale so that you have a safe, fun and effective experience. EVERY.SINGLE.DAY.
