WOD = Workout of the day

The WOD is our regularly offered class that provides the true CrossFit experience. The class is about an hour in length. In this hour, athletes participate in the group warm-up, strength and skill-work, and a metabolic conditioning workout (Met-Con). The class is structured to make the most out of your one hour with appropriate challenges based on your ability. Our coaches tailor and modify the W.O.D. to each individual athlete and are very involved with ensuring each individual has an experience that is educational and provides an optimal workout.

With progression athletes will notice increased improvement across all of CrossFit’s ten (10) general skills for optimal physical fitness: Cardio-respiratory endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy.
We offer 42 WOD’s every week starting as early as 5:00am and late as 6:40pm as well as several open gym sessions each day. Click here to get started.



Our Olympic lifting area is open at all times for athletes who want to focus on their strength training. Whether your goal is to improve in the Olympic lifts, power lifts, get stronger for CrossFit or channel your inner Schwarzenegger we have the gear you need.

*If you use this area during the normally scheduled WOD, your workout activity is strictly limited to the Olympic lifting area and the athletes participating in the scheduled WOD have priority on equipment. Additionally, if you intend to Olympic lift outside of the normally scheduled WOD, you will have to have the express consent of one of the training staff. You can arrange a time to meet with our staff to demonstrate your proficiency in the lifts. We aren’t looking for perfection, just a general knowledge and understanding sufficient to train the Olympic lifts unsupervised.

Do you have skills you want to practice or your own WOD you’d like to try? Our Open Gym gives you the opportunity to work on the things you do not have time to do in our regular WOD. CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives. Our Boot Camp course is a complete strength and conditioning program designed to kick start your fitness and performance. Our workouts utilize constantly varied functional movements designed to enhance your competency at all physical tasks. Each day of the Boot Camp will bring a different and challenging workout spanning the range of human movement from pushing, pulling, jumping and lunging to dynamic multi-plane lifts and exercises under the expert instruction of our experienced Coaching staff.
